•Lead all month-end closing & financial reporting. Ensure P&L and BS accuracy and support documentation. Complete effective financial analysis in support of division reporting objectives.

• Generate and verify Micro Market PO’s to maintain accurate inventory for markets and warehouse Work with warehouse personnel to ensure correct orders are being fullfilled • Submit customer invoices via E-mail, mail or portal uploads for customer payment processing• Analyze daily AR reports to identify customer contributing to our bad debt and updating account balances due • Process $50,000 - $180,000 in check, ACH and credit card payments to update customer accounts • Transfer up to $45,000 weekly of intercompany transfers of receivables for current and past due invoices • Research and validate cash, ACH, check and credit memo application to provide customers and AR team accurate account statements reconcile weekly receivables for both Houston and Austin market centers

•Assist in verifying weekly cycle count inventories of 30 drivers to identify overages and shortages of merchandise •Conduct reports driver compliance reports to ensure drivers were meeting productivity requirements • Modify account price discrepancies for weekly period helping to reduce lost profits •Assist in the hiring process of route drivers including conducting interviews

•Lead daily lesson plans by creating 5-10 activities for 22 students ages 3-10 that develop the child’s fine motor skills and critical thinking•Utilize 5s to design an appropriate room arrangement supporting the goals and developmental levels of the children •
