The new company was to use an advancedversion of BCN's CRM system – called EMIR – instead of Matávcom's SAP system.With one of my colleagues I started developing the new system in October, ourgoal was to have the basic CRM functionality (lead to order) and the mergedcustomer data of the two companies available in January. As the project wassuccessfully completed the system was later developed to support ,all the mainbusiness processes of the new company.
