As founder, we established the company as a design and development studio. In the beginning we were just 3 persons, my responsibilities covered the operational management of both departments. However, simultaneously, I assumed administrative, human resources, marketing, sales, support and customer service roles. For a couple of years, these various roles led me to grow beyond my origins as a designer, and explain my current skills in various fields.

I define the strategies for the design or redesign of the website in collaboration with the client. Additionally, I establish database structures, if necessary, and gather requirements for the creation of new modules that align with the client's objectives.Together with the design team, we adapt the client's requirements to an attractive and functional design for the end user. In collaboration with the internal team, we outline the objectives of our startup and draw up the necessary strategies to achieve them.I was responsible for the UI design for both the website and the iOS app. This process involved working from simple sketches, wireframes and prototypes in order to establish a solid foundation and provide clear guidance for the development teams.
