Provide leadership and direction for the corporate systems team translating business capability needs into strategic IT roadmaps and delivering IT solutions as well as on-going business systems support.Responsible for planning, conducting and directing the analysis of complex business problems toward building out holistic technology capabilities/solutions. Working with Finance, HR/Payroll, and Real-estate teams; including consultants and vendors to implement additional features and enhancements for the existing applications toward building/Improving overall business capabilities.

Establish and maintain value-driven, strategic relationships with Sales & Marketing leaders. Proactively manage commercial business systems solution portfolio. Partner with sales and marketing leadership to leverage use of IT systems and services that support strategic imperatives and tactical objectives.

Implement and sustain strategic relationships between business unit leadership and the IT organization, ensuring delivery and alignment of value added IT products and services to meet operating company goals. Responsible for research, analysis and development of global strategic plans and policies.

Strategic interface for business/IT strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.Proactively serve as a “trusted advisor” and primary point of contact from IT for business line executive, managers and key stakeholders.Serve as lead role in enabling business to achieve objectives through effective use of technology.Consult with client to find opportunities to drive business value through IT and drive awareness of business needs into IT.Advocate for client’s interest in development of optimized investment and service portfolios.Demand intake, project initiation and oversight throughout project life cycle.

Corporate IT leader accountable for development, integration and administration of a complex portfolio of business applications across four international offices for a $680m company. Enterprise applications included Oracle ERP, Manugistics Supply Chain Optimization, Agile PLM, Cognos Business Intelligence, Highjump Warehouse Management System and Microsoft Customer Relationship Management system. Reported directly to the CIO.
