Saw many accounts grow from initial meeting to POC to pilot to full deployment.Led and was involved with all company products from inception to deployment. Created detailed PRDs based on customer requirements and market analysis. Authored comprehensive platform documentation and technical specifications. Conducted customer onboarding and provided ongoing technical consultation. Managed monthly release cycles across Web, Backend, and Native platforms.Played a key role in company-wide hiring initiatives across various departments. Onboarded and managed cross-functional teams including engineers, designers and product specialists, including offshore and international teams. Bootstrapped the scanning operation at the company (key component of the product), researched and found relevant vendors and oversaw on-site operations, optimized the process and took an active part in growing the ops team.Strong focus on aesthetics, simple and innovative UX, hiring of designers and day-to-day collaboration to achieve pixel perfect designs for over 20 sample apps that demonstrated our core platform to various prospects.
