Experienced writer, driven leaderI have a passion that is rare in the IT industry. I love writing! Not many IT people do. I find creating efficient texts intriguing and conventions and style guides spell binding. So I have made use of that.I do not believe in writing for the sake of writing. Poor or unnecessary writing is waste. Waste of writer's time, waste of reader's time. The writing effort, the investment, should be balanced by some gain. Is hiring more people in help desk an alternative to spend time on writing FAQ or Trouble Shooting guides? Should the work flow in the application be improved instead of described? Write when you see a return on the investment, not otherwise.Good technical information can increase revenue. It makes customers, partners, and employees more efficient, happier about their work, and more likely to invest in the product. Bad user assistance creates frustration and is a waste of customers, partners, and employees time and resources.As a leader I consider it my role to lead, to point and show the way. To tell the team where we are going and how to get there. Both in small daily work issues and on a larger strategic long term scale. I want to help my team to grow, both as a team and as individuals. I am interested in work flows and production methods. Lean, Agile, Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, and so on. My team is experienced in both Scrum and Kanban.
