Led the DC office of Paul G. Allen’s Vulcan. Developed political and business strategies on environmental, national security, and technology policy initiatives, including on ocean, climate, and conservation, and their connection to national security. Identified, negotiated, and launched projects, including with governments, multilateral organizations, the private sector, and NGOs. Managed teams and relationships globally and secured dozens of deals and partnerships worldwide and helped identify many more for Vulcan technologies, policy, philanthropic, and film ventures.Built coalitions that educated congressional, executive branch, and international audiences on Vulcan's policy priorities resulting in quantifiable impact, including new environmental legislation and financial resources. Prepared Congressional testimonies, briefings, and international speaking opportunities on Vulcan lighthouse initiatives and policy positions.
