The goal of this app is to provide business owners an easy way to identify where they're losing money and help in smoothing out their internal operations to resolve the issue as much as possible. The most important part of this project is organizing the content and flow. This app takes a step by step approach to identify where the problem occurred, the specific solution, and how it can impact the business.
User Experience Designer + User Interface Designer
I created a coffee shop recommendation mobile app to reduce user frustration and increase likelihood of a successful visit. I finished the MVP in July and will be returning to this project soon to continue developing it. This project included user research, synthesizing research, UX design, prototyping, usability testing, and UI design. I identified a feeling of risk or insecurity from users in trying new coffee shops and based on always evolving user needs, I designed a searchable tagging feature for all coffee shops in the app. In casual conversations with fellow coffee enthusiasts, I have repeatedly heard, "oh I would love an app like that."
