As a member of the Business and Community Development Team, I served Southeastern Wisconsin with financial, technical and information resources to advance the regional economy. In 5.5 years, I provided project and external communications management and facilitated state financial participation with the private sector in 120 Southeastern Wisconsin business expansion and real estate projects; negotiated agreements leveraging $1.5 billion in private investment in real estate and equipment; was a team member for Project Flying Eagle, the largest economic development project in Wisconsin history; and assisted 56 Southeastern Wisconsin redevelopment projects in securing historic tax credits totaling $126 million, leveraging over $845 million in total investment. In addition, I initiated and participated in a number of internal and external cross-functional teams aimed at policy or process improvement.

Using skills in economic development finance, community development and organizational development, I provided financing and technical assistance to community-based organizations, developers, government officials, lenders, business owners, residents, volunteers, and others to improve quality of life, create jobs, build housing and community facilities, and secure infrastructure improvements in urban neighborhoods.
