After spending the earlier part of my career providing direct services and overseeing organizations committed to serving underserved communities, I transitioned to leadership roles focused on promoting positive change across the entire social sector, including philanthropy, nonprofits, and social enterprises. My passion for transformational change was sparked during my time at Charity Navigator, where I spearheaded efforts to shift their charity ratings from a sole emphasis on overhead to a focus on the quality of results reporting, particularly outcomes.Subsequently, at Algorhythm and Greater Good Associates, I continued to advance these goals by working with a variety of nonprofit and for-profit impact organizations to help them measure and manage their most critical outcomes and enhance their overall performance. Additionally, I was an active voice in the social sector, frequently speaking, teaching, and writing on a diverse range of topics relevant to those who support its work.At The CTC Academy and now at Spectrum360, I have returned to my passion for direct service to individuals with disabilities and their families. My role involves overseeing educational and therapeutic programs for children with developmental disabilities. Additionally, I lead an adult day habilitation program at Spectrum360. As the ED/CEO, I am responsible for implementing the strategic priorities of the Board of Directors and providing leadership and direction for the organization.Job tags: Philanthropic Advisory Services, Fundraising, Public Relations, Strategic Planning, Board Administration & Support, Program Development & Oversight, IT
