Matthias Berger is a founder, co-owner and managing director of Berger Baader Hermes. He is responsible for strategy and digital media consulting. Since 2007 he has been working to develop a universal creative agency that specialises in digital media.After studying economics and receiving a diploma in communication studies from the Bavarian Academy of Advertising and Marketing (BAW), he first worked as a consultant at HIEL/BBDO in Munich. Later, he helped establish one of the first new media offers from an agency network on behalf of the advertising agency BMZ!FCA (Publicis Group) in the form of more interactive.Matthias Berger served as a council member in the German Direct Marketing Association (DDV) and leaded the future trend committee of the German Association for the Digital Economy (DVDW). He was a lecturer in social media and digital branding at the German Dialogue Academy (DDA), the Berne and Biel School of Design, and for the MCAD programme (Master Class Art Direction) in Munich. He was also a visiting lecturer in online advertising at the Macromedia University for Media and Communication (MHMK).Furthermore, he is supporting the leading e-commerce brand for fashion oriented motorcycle gear, Bad & Bold, with his marketing skills as also the wholesale distribution company Riderstyle Trading.His passion is riding motorcycles and creating efficient communication strategies for complete different industry sectors and clients.
