Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant
Current- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements that are tailored to each position- Create and conduct candidate assessments and evaluate the skills, experience, and qualifications of candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and are a good fit for the organization- Manage the candidate experience and ensure that candidates are kept informed throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communicating relevant information- Build and maintain relationships with with hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on talent acquisition strategies, staffing needs & ideal candidate profile- Collaborate on projects related to Employer Brand, Employee Ambassador Programs, and Recruitment Data
