As a UX designer, my nature is to problem solve, develop and optimize digital solutions by triangulating business requirements, customer needs, and technical innovation. I am curious by nature and love data, learning about human behaviour, and self-mastery. Working in diverse multimedia positions along with having studied multimedia, digital concept development and IT management, has given me the ability to understand a business from the high-level (the business model) as well as people's practices and processes that a determine whether a company fails or succeeds. I strive to create excellent user experiences that impact people's mindsets, driving change both internally and externally in a business.My passions include psychology and mindfulness and I use those in my daily work practices as tools to ask the right questions and understand humans, processes and IT infrastructures on a deeper level.
