Senior HR Manager for the Swedish companies and manager for the Nordic SSC at Johnson Controls (JCI), a global diversified company with + 1000 employees in Sweden and +2000 in the Nordic countries. The JCI corporation was during this period under transformation and divided in four stand-alone companies. I was managing the Swedish HR transition of the split. In the reporting line to me is one HR Manager with a department of four persons and a SSC department with four people.JCI Sweden consisted of four companies in diverse sectors: Johnson Controls Autobatteri AB; Johnson Controls Integrated Facility Management Nordic AB / today CBRE; Johnson Controls Systems & Service AB and Johnson Controls Sweden AB, today ADIENT.
