He can be quiet but when he has something to say he makes it crystal clear, and when he has a task to do, he commits 100% and does it flawlessly. His technical abilities and knowledge are exceptional, as is his work ethic. During the internship he provided development support to the entire programme of 33 interns. He was often the last person at his desk at night and the first in the morning (actually, I think he may just have stayed there all night!).
