As a Global Product Manager Customer Support Agreements I was in my role responsible for driving the sales of Customer Support Agreements as part of the soft offer portfolio. The role also included driving the development of new business offers within my area of responsiblity as well as to develop strategys and strategic plans to drive the sale. The concept of service agreements was to create a service offer that was a win-win for both Volvo CE, the dealers and the customer. To service a machine with the genuine volvo parts with a tailor made service Schedule generates the best possible baseline for maximum uptime.

As a Business Analyst I was responsible for the aftermarket area global marketing and sales. In my role I worked with business development and business analysis to support in the development of improved ways of working. I was also responsible for application portfolio management with the objective to secure that the IT solutions supported the business in an optimal way and that any new development was aligned with the current IT Strategy.
