Bergson Rego is especialist in Data Management, Project Management and IT Governance.Has 21 years experience in Information Technology area. During his career,has already occupied some roles including: Systems Analyst, Data Steward, Project Manager, Team Leader and Consultant. Over the last 13 years has been acting directly on activities related to Data Management. Has led and participated in projects for deploying the areas of Administration and Data Management in large companies in the segments: Energy, Oil & Gas, Government, Financial, Insurance, Construction and Industry.Bergson is the main proponent of "Modern Data Management" in Brazil, providing regular training and lectures on the subject.In 2001, he founded Blensson Blonsson & Consulting, a company dedicated to providing consulting services and training related to the area of Data Management. Has trained professionals from several areas in Brazil.Since 2011, performs volunteer work with the Brazilian chapter of DAMA ® - Data Management Association International, in the role of Director of Technical Studies, Bergson was one of those responsible for technical review of the translation of the DAMA-DMBOK® into Portuguese.In recent years it has also been dedicated to publishing content about Data Management. Author of the book "Data Management and Data Governance", the first book devoted entirely to the Brazilian issue. In addition, he has published dozens of articles distributed in channels:TI Inside and DevMedia.He is certified PMP (Project Management Professional) by PMI (Project Management Institute). Degree in Computer Science from FACHA, an MBA in Strategic Management of Information and also in Project Management (Master in Project Management) both of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ.
