Role is cross-functional and cross-departmental, with the following responsibilities:MANAGEMENT• Creating and executing on strategic growth plans• Day-to-day operations and business management• Leadership training to upper and middle management• Setting key metrics, KPIs and goals for our departments and functionsFINANCE• Budgeting and fiscal planning, financial follow-up• Invoicing and accounting supportSALES & CUSTOMERS• Creating sales processes and implementing CRM in the organization• Educating and managing sales staff (back-office and business developers)• Sales meetings, customer segmentation and acquisition, and qualification• Key account management for tier-1 customersMARKETING & BRANDING• Digital marketing planning• Customer journeys, personas, and brand strategiesHR, RECRUITMENT & STAFF• Appraisals, performance management, HR policies, pensions, insurance• Implementing recruitment processes and policies• Interviews, staff acquisition for project leads, middle / upper management• Creating roles, responsibilities, RACIs and incentive modelsPROJECT MANAGEMENT• Implementing project score cards across all customers / projects• Implementing JIRA platform in the organization• Implementing and educating on agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)• Team setup and collaboration start-up for tier-1 customersLEGAL• Managing client contracts, employee agreements, other legal documents• Implemented GDPR compliance for the organizationIT• System design / architecture and ERP developmentBOARD• Quarterly and annual reports
