 Agency and Corporate Segmentation Prepare the calling plan of Account Managers according to their yearly call target and management of their portfolio. Develop and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly management information report  Define weekly and monthly sales objectives Responsible for challenging the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue Implementation sales projects to increase sales performance  Establish and organize new sales channel .(new agencies or corporates ) Follow up target realization results to set up new sales strategies. Implement specific route focus activities/agreements as required within trade and /or corporate accounts. Gather data and run analyses for ad hoc requests, both strategic and operational, (AF/KL partner product planning, potential market analysis, opportunity analysis, promotional analyses…) Identify new sales opportunities and develop existing business by forming action plans per segment and account. Establish Agency and Corporate Incentive Agreements with suitable trade or corporate accounts within the corporate and trade policy guidelines. Action plans and commercial focus in order to increase the loyalty and maximise the revenue and the market share. Coordinates and prepares information for the sales meetings and decision process on AFKL budget Develop loyalty of corporate clients through promoting BlueBiz. Work proactively with Pricing and Revenue Management. Follow up competitor strategies and market trends
