I am a Clinical Social Worker in Houston, TX. I also hold my Certified Personal Trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and am highly passionate about helping people work through both emotional and physical barriers in their lives and find their path to optimal living. I have extensive experience in the medical setting and have worked with all age ranges, backgrounds, and views. I am an upbeat and energetic person who takes on new challenges and experiences with ease and excitement while maintaining a strong sense of respect and empathy for each person I meet. I am very organized and am able to wear multiple "hats"​ during the day. In addition to my "day job"​ I also work as a group fitness instructor for Lagree HTX here in Houston. I love leading and motivating clients through a 45 minute high intensity, low impact, total body workout on the M3S+ Megaformer.
