About Berit Granum

I have scientific experience within the fields of environmental medicine and immunotoxicology. Special areas of interest are allergy, immunosuppression, exposure to xenobiotics, in utero exposures, skin sensitisation, and dermal absorption and metabolism. I have experience with both experimental animal models and clinical epidemiology. I’m involved in risk assessment work for the Norwegian Scientific Committee for Food Safety with cosmetic ingredients as the main responsibility, and for the Norwegian Climate and Pollution Agency with regard to allergic sensitisation.
