-Monitoring and improving factory kpi's-Monitoring and improvements of production, occupational safety, quality, chemical and auxiliary materials, labor and energy performances. -Leading all efficiency and TPM studies-Team management of apprx. 150 people consisting of white and blue collars-Leading communication and visits with domestic and foreign customers and suppliers-New product trials, preparation and commissioning of reports-Identifying new equipment and machinery needs, leading their installation-Performing FSSC, ISO or special customer audits (Nestle, Heinz, Berlin Packaging etc.)

-Calculation and reporting of machine OEEs, malfunctions, setup and waiting times with the Promanage production tracking system-Identifying equipment, labor, material and energy losses and making improvements-Reducing setup and cycle times on machines with SMED-Elimination of chronic and persistent problems with QCC and A3 Problem solving methods-Preventing possible production errors due to operator or machine with Poka-Yoke studies-Work standardization of machines, processes and operators and commissioning-Planning and commissioning of periodic, preventive and predictive maintenance activities, writing and applying work standartization forms-Establishment of machine parks, determination of autonomous maintenance standards, training and implementation-Monthly reporting of improvements to management-Cost calculations and achievements of improvements and reporting to management-Dissemination and standardization of improvement works to other locations of the company-Establishing a blue collar reward system for sustainability and dissemination in productivity

-Following the tin coil ccutting, lacquering, offset printing and tin can manufacturing processes-Preparation of shift lists, team management in each shift-Taking part in occupational health and safety projects-Root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action studies related to customer complaints
