Sales Application Engineer
Current✓ Brands: Almit (Solder Contents), Weller(Electronic Production Equipment), Optilia(Inspection Camera), Desco Europe(ESD Materials & Test Systems), Jensen Global✓ Defining the right product for the investments to be made, taking into account the customer requests and the applications to be made in the production areas the right product for the investments✓ Realizing the promotion of the products to be used in the production line, demonstrating the benefits to be provided for the facility in their use in the production areas✓ Introduction of the company product portfolio and presentation of Yıldırım Electronic's services in customer visitation, negotiation in respect to every sales process✓ To be acted sales of the products of 5 brands within my responsibility (Weller, Almit, Desco Europe, Jensen Global, Optilia)✓ Expanding the customer portfolio and taking a role in the business development processes of my brands in the Turkish market✓ Providing relations with between Turkish Customers and the representatives of Yıldırım Electronic's brand partners and accompany in their Turkey Visitation. To follow up their project in Turkey together with them ✓ Carrying out budgetary studies by taking into account on demands by customer and preparing price offers together with deadlines and submitting them for evaluation✓ Following up open orders, planning customer visitations, giving information to customers about the updates & developments✓ Order Management with CRM and Netsis ✓ National and international customer visitations✓ Providing technical support and consultancy for ESD process of manufacturer technical services✓ Follow-up of after-sales technical service processes✓ Analysis of yearly sales rates and preparing report with data per montly and yearly ✓ Taking initiative and decision to set sustainable relation with key customers
