Berk Alan, who started his professional career as Editor in Show TV in 2009, has gained experience in the production of commercials and promotional films by moving to the advertising industry in the following years. Berk Alan, who undertook the editing works of TV commercials such as “BP, Bomonti, Sözcü” in this period, started his director career with the documentary TV show “Derin Pas” (Deep Pass) broadcast on TRT. He has directed the commercials of many global and national brands such as “Sprite, Coca-Cola, Samsung, Avon, Rexona, Altınbaş, Wepublic, Hellmann’s” during his director career. In 2019, he won the 3rd prize in the short film competition named “Çek-Yat” with his short film “Çiçek” (The Flower) directed by him. Berk Alan reached 264,441 spectators at the box office with his first feature film titled “Sar Başa” in 2019. The film has been broadcast on digital platforms such as Netflix, BluTV, Apple TV as well as national channels. He also directed the documentary “Pascal” for the Exxen platform in 2021.
