- Building and developing new forecast model for Operations division which translates commercial insights into operational forecast using various analysis methods. Including trends, weekday alignments, delivery methods, promotions and observance day behaviors.- Developing accurate and reliable forecasts to support effective production and delivery planning within Data Team with proven track record. Overall success in forecasting accuracy up to 97,5% on Card products and %94 for Gifts. Additionally Peak forecast accuracy in Apr ‘23 which has proven track record of 4 peak periods with overall up to 4 times more volume with %95 overall accuracy.- Differentiating forecasts for peak days which includes preorder analysis, hourly order inflow, production type analysis and carrier analysis to give critical insights to business owner.- Using JIRA to monitor cross-functional team progress across UK and the NL to track existing procedures. Identify and improve operations related reports or build new dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau using SQL and AI to increase overall productivity and reduce operational costs. (Stock reports, Production, step time, Carrier reports for capacity & Volume optimization)- Being proactive within company’s engagement committee while presenting findings and recommendations to the management to leverage company engagement.
