My experiences as Editor in Chief allows me to do a variety of things. I focus mainly on coaching my team obtaining the ability for teamwork, time and stress management and work ethics. I strongly believe work ethic is a must in every field having passion, focus, steadfastness, and curiosity. I fully esteem that all these have enabled me to achieve great success in my career.In a field I had no knowledge of, only with will and determination, I and my team did great things so far. Although we have no expertise and mentor, we have come a long way only through observation, research, and hard work. The position I am in today shows me that even if I do not have experience, I can get the better of every step I take. I create my mantra thanks to this journey “never give up!”As a second-year master student in WPIR at University of Pavia, I had chance to witness significance of diplomacy and communication. During my 6 years specialization in international relations, I deeply interested in human rights, security studies and world agenda. I also had a chance to work as volunteer in various platforms.Even though I am still student who has not a long experience in business life, I strongly believe that all these will make me eligible for the business sector. I know because I will continue to say that “I am just a student” even when I have more than 10 years of experience in my 40s.
