- Have responsibility for machines, products, and people and to conduct daily production cycles.- Provide expert opinions in all matters related to the production process.- Ensure that all production operations are coordinated and completed on time, in accordance with documentation, and compliant with GMP, HSE, and 5S rules.- Manage and communicate to exceptional situations promptly and accurately (deviations, HSE incidents, etc.) and to take necessary regulatory actions.- Inspect the suitability of manufacturing and environmental conditions.- Minimized disposal, waste, and rework quantities, thereby controlling PUV and PMV values.- Contribute to the progress and completion of participated OpEx projects; to create, execute, and finalize cost-saving projects for reducing production and product costs, as well as increasing labor and machine efficiency.- Support process validation activities.- Provide training to personnel on their tasks and general rules.

- Organize the necessary personnel, equipment, and materials in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and cGMP regulations in all operations within the Solid Packaging Department, ensuring the high quality and efficiency of all produced products' manufacturing processes.- Establish work organization for the employees under their responsibility and to provide initial and ongoing training.- Achieve production goals within the Production Plan with maximum efficiency.- Perform and report production efficiency and equipment capacity analyses on a product basis for the production processes under their responsibility.

- Providing consultancy services for laboratory projects to be established to offer services in accordance with accreditation and other standards.- Ensuring the design of laboratory projects in compliance with necessary standards to serve their intended purposes, and subsequently providing sales and order support.

- Conducting the introduction of products to doctors and pharmacies for which one is responsible. Subsequently, providing sales and order support,- Planning and executing business organizations,- Carrying out activities to enhance brand strength and product awareness,- Undertaking activities related to professional development.

Research and Development, Analysis, and Production;- Increasing the usage areas of the products manufactured in the factory,- Expanding the product portfolio,- Ensuring production control and continuity to maximize efficiency.
