• Developing systems requirements for limited authority automatic flight control system including system performance, system interfaces, architecture, and algorithms for T625 light utility helicopter ,• Conducting verification and validation testing in accordance with formal or informal test plans,• Participating in flight testing when needed to investigate autopilot issues and performance problems,• Developing and conducting test plans, acceptance/ground/flight test procedures, and acceptance/ground/flight test results for bench and flight test validation in support of certification,• Determining root cause of problems and recommends design changes,• Performing regression testing,• Developing AFCS Trim and SCAS Actuator Architecture Impelementation,• Developing AFCS system wiring, • Preparing ATA 22 AFCS Airworthiness Status Summary for EASA Part21 Subpart P - Permit to Fly,• Familiarity with Flight Control Computer, Trim and Electro Hydraulic (SCAS) Actuators, Attitude and Reference System(AHRS), Embedded Global Positing System and Inertial Navigation System (EGI), Air Data System(ADS), Primary Flight Display(PFD), Inertial Navigation Systems(INS), Attitude and Heading Reference System(AHRS), Flight Control Sticks (Cyclic, Collective, Pedals), Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS),• Familiarity with the following Software/System/Data tools: MATLAB&Simulink, IBM DOORS, JIRA, Confluence, ARINC429,• Fail Safe Design Consept.
