MGM LLC is Ukraine's largest marketplace, boasting a vast portfolio of nearly 15,000 commercial spaces. Our core business revolves around providing entrepreneurs with leased commercial premises. At the forefront of our operations lies the Contractual Department, which serves as the face of our company. This department offers advisory services to clients regarding leasing matters, manages the negotiation and execution of lease agreements on behalf of the company, and plays a pivotal role in driving the majority of our revenue. Over time, the Contractual Unit has comprised a team of 3-4 legal professionals and 2-3 managers who oversee various responsibilities, including the operation and maintenance of our ERP system (1C: Enterprise) and the management of an extensive archival depository housing tens of thousands of current and expired lease agreements.

In my role as Liaison Officer, I facilitated consistent communication by conducting routine meetings with the leadership of the Bosnian State Border Service, serving as the key intermediary between the SBS and United Nations officials.
