Accountable for the distribution of Documents & Cargo at national level and Inbound from All India and Tamilnadu.ü Multi model line hauls planned for efficient service level for inbound as well as outbound shipments.ü Allocating the Route map for efficient Delivery to the Local vehicles as per customer expectations.ü Organizing late pickup & earlier Delivery for our existing customer at Madurai area .ü Initiated key supply chain metrics like Total Logistics Cost (TLC), Cost Per Ton (CPT) & Damage Per Ton (DPT) DEPS, Space allocation to keep the overall logistics cost in control ü Identifying, appointing and managing the Operation team for their performance at regular intervals.ü New facility set up and detailed solution working for storage specifications manpower requirements. MHEs, commercials for new business opportunities.

1 Responsible for sales volumes, turnover, profits, cost management by the line of business.2 Achieve the revenue and profit targets for the store.3 Monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations.4 Ensure return on capital employed through efficient store management and customer service.5 Implement plans to maximize sales while controlling expenses within the budget.6 Understand customer needs and fulfill need gaps by suggesting the most optimal solution w.r.t. product, services and customer care in a timely manner.7 Ensure achievement of set targets in terms of service standards for customer transactions and operations.8 Supervising AM/PM meetings to review performance on a daily basis.9 Ensure staff presentation is in line with company-preferred standards.10 Ensure sales planning process, (SKU wise) is adhered to in consultation with FDM.11 Review sales plan, discuss with FDM and prepare strategy for the forthcoming months to ensure that the plans are met.12 Develop and implement suitable customer promotions and campaigns, reviewing and evaluating the impact of promotion
