Representing court executives and managers from all across Ohio serving the judiciary in the various divisions of the common pleas courts, courts of appeals, municipal courts, court of claims, and The Supreme Court of Ohio.

Representing Judge Glenn Derryberry & Todd Kohlrieser having previously served as a committee member, Vice Chair, and two terms as the board Chairperson.

Provide administrative oversight and guidance for the various departments of, and services provided by, the Probate & Juvenile Divisions of the Allen County Court of Common Pleas.

Serve as adjunct classroom instructor, range instructor, & safety officer.

In coordination with the financial secretary, oversee all funds controlled by the Lodge, dispose of all tax related requirements, ensure the safe keeping, availability, and proper use of Lodge funds.

Serve the officers and delegates of the State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police of Ohio as the chairperson of the resolutions committee.

Appointed to the maximum two consecutive 3 year terms commencing January 1, 2016 through January 1, 2022.

Served as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for this non-profit agency which is responsible for providing public access to mental health service, behavioral health services, psychiatric & pharmacological services, and intervention/prevention services for children and their families. Member of the executive committee. Previously served (November 2013 to December 2016) as the Vice Chair of thr Board of Durectors and (from November 2010 to November 2013) as the Board Treasurer & Chairperson of the Board's financial committee.

Complete special assignments and perform duties as directed by the Sheriff of Allen County. Serve as team Paramedic for the Sheriff's Dive Rescue Team. Serve as diver for purposes of search, rescue, and recovery operations as directed by Dive Rescue Team leadership personnel.

Oversee operations of the Court's 19 bed juvenile detention center, 11 bed secured residential treatment program, and day treatment programming.

Supervised delinquent youth some adult offenders (convicted of crimes against children) placed on probation by Allen County Juvenile Court. Completed case plans, per-sentence investigations reports, case notes, and other pertinent documentation. Conducted home visits, school visits, work visits, and office visits. Affected arrests when necessary. Organized and led teams of individuals in order to ensure effective services where in place for probationers and their families.

Supervised residents of the Treatment & Detention Center operated by Allen County, Ohio for the care of delinquent children. Ensured that the facility was operated in a safe, secure, sanitary, and efficient manner. Served progressively as Youth Leader, Shift Leader, Activity Leader, Teacher's Aide, Corrections Officer, and Detention Supervisor.

Was privileged to serve the residents, schools, and business of Bath Township as a Part-time Firefighter II/Paramedic with the command rank of Lieutenant under Chief Joseph Kitchen. Other duties included Fire Cause/Arson Investigations and fill-in dispatching.
