Facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinements, Retrospectives, and all other scrum Collaborations within and sometimes outside my team.Identifying, managing, and clearing impediments, escalating if required with leadership.Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information throughout the organization.Tracking dependencies and all risks in Jira Align and addressing problems through risk management and contingency planning (ROAM). Building a safe and trusting environment where conflicts are managed healthily without fear of blame. Protecting the development team from outside distractions, impediments, or team conflicts and maintaining focus on sprint backlog and project timeline.Assisting in the onboarding/hiring process of other employees of the organization. Monitoring and collecting team metrics, such as iteration burn-down Charts, velocity charts, and Sprint reports, presented during Sprint Demos.Assisting the Product Owner and BSA with creating User Stories, making them clear, and staying within our acceptance criteria Assisting team to ensure all completed User Stories and tasks are closed out at the end of IterationDocumenting all stories accepted at the end of the Iteration or reasons for carry-over in a Sprint Overview Report, which is presented during Sprint Demos.Calculating Teams capacity and ensuring the team has a Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) Actively communicate with stakeholders/VOC and set up meetings accordingly when more clarification is required.Supporting and encouraging a culture of continuous process improvement through sprint retrospectives and metrics analysis.Providing day-to-day oversight of the Agile development process and individual team members' daily commitment to improving flow and highlighting important updates from DSU in confluence.
