I’ve been with Far East Organization, Corporate Real Estate department since 2009 and my key focus are on the leasing and marketing of Medical centers,Office and industrial buildings in Singapore.Apart from that, I also support and assist the Assistant Director in setting up, reviewing processes, standards and overseeing the appointed agencies for leasing performances for Far East Organization’s portfolio in Perth, Australia. With keen interest and passion in the real estate industry, I’ve enjoyed my work greatly and achieved tremendous success through working with business partners and my peers. I am keen to continue on challenging roles in Office, medical and retail leasing roles both for local and overseas market.

My key jobscope for the Singapore portfolio are ; - Leads the Medical and Industrial portfolio of the team while being involved in the office portfolio. - Lead a team of Assistant managers, team leaders and leasing consultants.- Ensures the team meets the Team target. - Conceptualize, formulate and Implement marketing strategies and budget to maximize rental and occupancy of the various medical centers and industrial buildings. - Conceptualize, formulate and Implement marketing strategies to bring about greater awareness for new and existing properties. -Guide Assistant managers in managing the team. - Work closely with internal departments in reviewing and maximizing potential for business growth. - Review new offers, renewals, manage contracts and tenancy-related issues. - Close collaboration with central engineering department to create value enhancement to the propertiesKey Jobscope for the Australia portfolio ;- Support Assistant Director in setting up/reviewing processes and standards for Australia portfolio- Portfolio includes office and retail segments. - Review and lead in exploring new marketing strategies to maximize potential and leasing opportunities for the property.- Review and explore new business strategies to keep revenue generation at a sustainable level in concurrence with the annual budget and leasing targets.- Review and lead in strategizing and implementing initiatives to enhance and preserve the asset value of the commercial properties assigned- Work with appointed agencies in Perth to achieve the desired result both in standards of the building as well as in achieving the desired occupancy and rental rates. - Assess needs and level of support required, seeking to ensure excellent landlord-tenant relationships- Evaluate and review M&E upgrading plans and maintenance requirements; vendor management (review quotations from building managers)
