Paid Media Specialist
Current-Develop and implement paid media strategies across various platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta.) to achieve specific marketing objectives and KPIs- Design and execute conversion focused campaigns across Google's diverse advertising platforms, optimising bids, ad creatives, and targeting strategies.- Manages accounts from E-commerce, lead generation verticals and run campaigns on Google (PMax, Shopping, Search, Display & YouTube), Meta Ads (conversions, catalogue sales, advantage shopping) and Klaviyo (Email campaigns and flows).- Utilise Meta Ads Manager to run conversion-focused campaigns, including dynamic product ads, catalog sales campaigns and advantage+ shopping campaigns.- Set up campaigns from strategy down to implementation of tracking codes (ie pixel, conversion, remarketing, 3rd party call tracking) via Google Tag Manager.-Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to drive results and maximise ROI-Conduct market research and analyse data to inform decision-making and optimisation efforts-Continuously monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance to ensure they are meeting targets and making data-driven decisions-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. creative, content, analytics, etc.) to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns- use of Zapier > Klaviyo for seamless lead flow.- Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust.- Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management queries or concerns.- Writing reports on digital advertising campaign performance on a monthly or weekly basis.- Analyse and churn data out of GA4, platforms (Google ads / Meta) and e-commerce platform such as Shopify.
