I worked in Citigroup Trade services for 9 years from 2007 till 2016. Handling export booking and supplier financing product for Hong Kong market. Have manage a team to do daily BAU process.Further moved to CBA trade operations for a bank from Australia. Im one of the pioneers of this in-sourcing project and has been working very closely with team to build the team from scratch. I has been instrumental in each stage of the project from User Acceptance Testing stage until the project went live successfully. Using my strong leadership skills to coach and motivate the team members to achieve the team’s goals and objectives. Has received End of Quarter(EOQ) Staff Award early of year 2016. In year 2016, I have joined Standard Chartered GBS in Trade Testing Team to perform testing for new system enhancement for trade products. Always thinking on process improvements which has improved the efficiency of the process from time to time. For example, I have created various SQL reporting tools which has made data gathering and reporting much easier.Further moved to Trade Client Service Team to enhance the trade knowledge and client experience. I also a client-centric person and would always think out of the box to find various methods to enhance client experience. I have very good verbal and written communication skills. Managing client service team for Malaysia and Singapore market.Actively attend to operational issues and brainstorming sessions with the clients to operationalize the process. Handling client complaints and provide resolutions timely.Now it has been more than 5 years since I joined SCB.
