• I provide quality service to airmen flying in and out of Kadena AFB Okinawa, Japan• I Check in/ out people accordingly under the policy of AAFES (Army and Air Force Exchange Service) U.S. Department of Defense• Assure every stay will meet their expectations.• Coordinating with Command Post Air Traffic Center and making reservations (individual or group) on incoming aircrews.

• Responsible for purchasing orders for stocks and inventories. • Keeping track of store's food cost and other expenses in order to attain high net of income. • Providing multiple strategies for better marketing of our store to increase transaction count and to exceed average check target. • Designating people to their proper stations and demonstrating their tasks and duties in compliance with the store's standards. • Conducting meetings with co-leagues to have better communication about work and strategize weekly sales. • Conducting reports about sales tgt, revenue and the strengths of the stores and other competitors. • Tracking of controllables e.g. Elec,Water,Gas, Labor to attain better sales income. • Train managers of the store to ensure quality food and service to our customers e.g. Food standard production, cleanliness, interaction. • Set budget and provide excel reports with sales tgt, ac tgt,tc tgt, profit and loss report.

• Responsible for cleaning wares and linens used from any events.• Organizing wares and equipment for the event. • Assisting guests to their tables and interacting with them in formal ways. • Assuring cleanliness and quality service to guests and providing needs in formal ways.
