Hello, I'm Bernabela Vergara. I go by Bella among my friends. English is my major on my Bachelor of Secondary Education degree. As a customer and technical service representative, I worked for eight years in the BPO industry, primarily with companies like Comcast, Sprint, and eBay, to mention a few. Through this experience, I've been able to improve my troubleshooting method, calm down irate clients, and deliver resolution quickly. I've been a virtual assistant for two years, and my biggest professional accomplishment to date was being able to coach new VAs and finish an onboarding program that allowed us to continuously provide leads that were higher than the objective for two months. My two biggest assets are my ability to communicate and my dedication. Away from the office, I spent it mostly with my family.
