I created marketing strategy of the Hotel. I took part in organizing of Louis Armstrong Jazz Festival which is one of the most prestigious international festivals of Hungary placed on the Tó Hotel and the waterstage of Lake Bánk every summer. I managed and kept up-to-date the social media profiles and websites of the company. I provided personal assistance to the General Managers.

My main responsibilities were to create marketing activities, writing tenders, administration tasks, organizing meetings and company events. I was entrusted with writing offers according to the clients’ requests. I kept the contact with our clients and partners.

I organized events of high standard in the large, modern conference hall of the hotel. I organized, for example, company events, wedding ceremonies and receptions, trainings, meetings, conferences.My job contained writing offers according to the clients’ requests, arranging and coordinating of all details of events.In the marketing fields my main duty was to design the marketing activities of the hotel.

I took part in organizing town festivals, concerts and feasts. I was entrusted with more important tasks in event preparation and coordination. I kept the contact with other organizations. I made marketing materials about the programs. I used Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop softwares.My other important duty was to write tenders.
