- Participation in the development of the IT infrastructure within the framework of the Student Network program: providing full support, daily reporting and updating of national level projects- Discovered deficiencies, discrepancies, moreover immediate negotiation and solution of emerging obstacles for the success of the project - Full contact with public education institutions- Cooperating with co-service providers, to supply public institutions- Full management of processes related to the establishment, development and termination of services (requesting offers, evaluating, ordering, implementing)- Coordination with the project partners (MVM Zrt.) Investigating and handling of incoming complaints- Document management according to internal processes
