Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) provides processes to support, introduce, and withdraw products and to update the Product Master Reference Data associated with Shell products. The scope of PLM aims to cover elements of the full end-to-end process of a new product from introduction to implementation until the withdrawal of the product in the system. These cover products such as Lubricants, Fuels, Marine, Aviation, Bitumen, and Car Care businesses.

For the Region> Maintain the integrity and accountability of Product MRD processes. Ensure end-to-end compliance.> Deliver operational process improvements to achieve targeted CI benefits> Ensure end-to-end operational performance meets the strategic metric targets> Integrate new work associated with migrations into the global operations > Work with business and Process Experts to resolve Product Master Data complaints and issues> Work with Process Experts in ensuring fit for purpose procedures, rulesets, and tools are in place> Work with the business and operations team to analyze & manage the impact from business projects, including resources, timeline, process design change, new knowledge/skills requirements. For Global Operations:> Ensure operational performance of the end-to-end processes meets the agreed KPI targets. > Operate controls flawlessly within area of operation> Register and follow-up on incidents including CCI’s, audit exceptions and out-of-tolerance performance metrics, and determine the root cause of the problems and implement sustainable corrective action.> Manage Product Operations Tools by providing support on assessing and carrying out enhancements/changes as required by business and process changes.
