Being creative by nature, entrepreneurial by second nature, with a robust determination and zest to see business and people grow, this has inspired me to create a range of products and services utilising my expertise and experience in marketing, business, recruitment and HR. Through my extensive years of recruitment and recruiting staff for businesses, I realised that no matter how much you recruit the right person for the role, if the company didn't conduct a proper induction process, provide ongoing learning and development, have a performance management and review system in place and create a culture that motivated and engaged staff, the staff retention rate was low. This is why I give myself the title "People Performance Specialist" as I want to get the best out of people from the first initial recruitment phase right through to long term retention with a company.I call this 'The Indigo Mindset". Everything in business relates to people. Your staff, your customers. How we help businesses become successful is using this mindset.
