If the customer is having issues logging into theMyChart I would go in and create a new password or if they are deactivated, I go in and get the customerback active. Also scheduling appointments• Egov - I deal with customers that made payment to the courts or made other payments. If they wantto know if the payment was successful, I can let them know.• Indiana Check-In Game- I help customers check in their deer or fall turkey and take payments usinga credit card.• Maine Tagging Game- I help employees tag in their customers game and also help troubleshoot if theycannot get the site to work.• Alabama Interactive-I help create accounts and troubleshoot for hunting or fishing license. I also takepayments.• Indiana Vital Records-checking the status of order birth certificates and death certificates• Lien Nc: Taking messages for the Lein Nc Department
