CurrentStaff Labour and Visa Process – Prepare and submit to the PRO the documentation needed to start the process of the staff labour contract and residence visa (for new and renewals). This includes the processing of the new staff health insurance, asking the staff to sign the application, and scheduling the staff for medical, emirates id biometric, and Tawjeeh training if needed. Ensure that the visa and Emirates ID of the staff are handed over in a timely manner.School Licenses – Assisting the PRO in applying/renewing the school licenses such as ADEK, DOH License, Secondment, and HAAD renewal.Health Insurance – Responsible for renewing the health insurance of all staff and providing assistance whenever the staff encounters inconvenience with the approval of their medical procedure.ADEK – ADEK PASS Coordinator / External Staff CoordinatorCreating an account for the new staff and updating the staff ADEK profile.To enroll third-party employees and ensure their ADEK Appointment Letter.Teacher’s Licensing (TLS) – Assist the Teachers in updating their emirates id in MOE – TLS system.Staff On Boarding and Off Boarding – Responsible for checking flight quotations and booking the flight of the incoming and leaving employee.CoViD – Collate the staff and outsource CoVid test results and submit the data to the PA to the Principal.Employee File – Compile soft and hard copies of the staff documents and keep them updated.i-Campus – Enroll new staff in iCampus and update the existing staff details.Employee Inquiry – Respond to staff queries provided that the information given out is approved by either the HR Manager, HR Officer, or PRO.
