My mission is to empower adults who are neurodiverse or have physical disabilities by providing comprehensive assessments that identify and address an individuals unique needs. My goal is to facilitate access to necessary support from employers, by raising awareness in order to connect individuals to valuable support networks. The Life Support Plan can build on any previous support plans such as; Education and Health Care Plans, Ergonomic Assessments, and Learning Support Plans. By tailoring the approach to each individual's requirements, I aim to enhance their ability to navigate their lives through a collaborative approach of tailored support that will enhance an individual’s confidence and competence in adulthood.Research shows that with a network of support any stigma can fade away allowing adults to form a positive identity. A connection with others is an integral a part of living a successful and fulfilled adult life. In order to build a positive connection it is important that any challenges are identified to ensure that any reasonable adjustments can be implemented through a network of informed support. Life Support Assessments provide information on what reasonable adjustments might be required in a work environment, or in training and also identify any accommodations required for community integration. Managing the ‘Share’ project within the London boroughs, liaising with schools and the LEA. Training new facilities of the project.

My role was to manage the literacy and numeracy curriculum across the whole of the college as part of the senior management team. This included ensuring that the skills were embedded in the curriculum, training and mentoring staff.

Tutor for the ‘Access to Work’ course and also Assessor for NVQ in Customer Service.
