Maintain documentations for projects involved. Ensure that all team members are following standards set by the company. Monitor progress of submissions required; as defined in the specifications and/or contract of work between client and contractor. Checks and review all documents submitted by contractor (shop drawings, material submission, material prototype review, method statement, etc,) to ensure compliance to architect’s design intent and authority standard of Singapore. Attend meetings (design, contractor, coordination, working session, etc) and respond to any queries that may arise. Resolve discrepancies in drawings between consultants & contractor’s against architect’s design intent. Respond to RFI’s, email queries & phone queries to ensure there is no delay in construction schedule and construction development as a whole. Assist in drafting and resolve design conflict to expedite issuance of part prints, sketches and revision drawing deliverables. Assisted in the development of BIM and CAD manual.

Helped in the formulation of office procedure such as workflow analysis, filing system, office standards and developed forms to be used for coordination. Formulate CAD standards, revit standards, drawing standards and code compliance checklist. Researched and devised ways to keep office practices aligned with the best in the industry.Lead in the BIM implementation. Assist the Architect in programming and design development of the project. Prepare presentation schemes to the client and conduct research for new materials and sustainable designs. Lead the production team in the completion of the construction documents from design development to construction development. Coordinate with consultants and team members the scope of work, schedules and accuracy of the documents. Review all necessary requirements for submission to authority and ensure the documents are code compliance. Responsible for the whole process of obtaining construction permit from authority. Prepare documents for construction bidding and subsequently for construction management. Assist the project manager in responding to RFI’s, ASI and other inquiries regarding the project. Resolve issues that may arise during construction. Responsible for punch list and project closeout.
