She is also a Reiki Master and an Australian Bush Flower essences practitioner and Baby Massage teacher. She is a senior British Wheel of Yoga teacher; a student teacher observer for the BWY; Birthlight Well Woman Yoga diploma holder and a Menopause Yoga diploma holder. She has 2 grown up sons and a granddaughter and lives in London.
