Main Responsibilities:• Research output – Attending research workshops and webinars. • Presentation of contact sessions and examination preparation classes (interactive whiteboard, power point and internet)/creating and conducting online contact sessions• Setting of summative and formative assessments and special exams• Preparation of and assessing online assignments• Lecturing as per the Module Guides – Management Practice I and II and Business Communication• Teaching curriculum outcomes as stipulated• Briefing students on assignments and providing feedback on the Canvas learning management system.• Providing feedback and tutoring sessions• Conducting of programme review• Actively engaging with current trends in teaching and learning strategies within set policies • Representative on Community Engagement and Internationalisation workgroups. (Enhancement of scholarly engagement)• Curriculum project-Curriculum reimagined for the 21st Century relevance.• Moderation of assessments.

Main Responsibilities:• Reporting to 3 Managers and ad hoc duties – travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, scheduling of appointments and liaison with sponsors and external stakeholders• Lesson planning and creative presentation of learning material• Part-time lecturer and Supervisor: Assessment of formal and summative assessments; Training management, Management and Human Resource Management. Setting special exams. Student at-risk project. Contact classes and study presentations. Supervision of Honours students• Mentor and supervise master’s students (Ethical clearance, layout, and structure).
