I was responsible for reviewing multiple benefit packet options for CNE corporate new hires; as well as transfers, and life events to all employees (union and non union) across all operating units. I facilitated New Employee Orientation. Managed key HR executive scheduling with key stakeholders in a timely manner. I assisted our SVP of HR, along with an executive search firm to recruit senior level executives. I’m very comfortable working with senior leadership. CNE is a part of what makes me, me! It is such a privilege to meet with new hires. I get to meet a diverse pool of talented new colleagues on a weekly basis. I learn something new when casually getting to know each other, it’s rewarding. And I have the privilege to welcome them on their new journey.
