This is my 6th Year with Co-op Estate Planning, where I started as an Estate Planning Consultant and quickly gained promotion to Regional Manager after just over a year in the Role. I currently Lead a diverse team of field based and home based Estate Planning Consultants to deliver outstanding commercial results and excellent customer advocacy in a fully compliant manner. Responsible for all aspects of day to day team management including absence, conduct, performance, recruitment and personal development. Training and coaching to develop team members to deliver consistently great performance, as well as supporting the coaching, training and development of colleagues across the wider Sales team. Developing and using management information to support decision making. Managing risks and compliance with SRA regulations where appropriate, completing audits, resolving customer complaints and EoD. Day to day management of B2B relationships including resolving issues, identifying opportunities, maximising referrals and training of introducers. Working with operational and legal teams (and other stakeholders) to deliver continuous improvement in consultant development, ensuring the correct outcomes for our customers.
