Bernadette Phillips is an Auckland based facilitator and Educator, with over 20 years experience in working with people for organizational growth and development. Building strong communities within and across many sectors of the schooling and business environments is a high priority for Bernadette, particularly when the focus is on improving outcomes by promoting good communication and relationships.She is passionate about reducing conflict in our world and finding the fun and joy in our day.Helping people clear the clutter and make decisions with confidence drives Bernadette's ClearMinds business.Another main strength is team-building where she has been an integral part of building the community spirit to enhance local business communities. Her involvement and coordination of events such as art exhibitions, Christmas parades, town streetscapes enhancements to pub quizzes, has fostered both a close-knit environment and an innovative one resulting in increased revenue for business owners.When time away from these events Bernadette's work has been with leaders and senior management education teams to evaluate and improve their practice along with supporting schools to collect and analyse data that best informs teaching and learning. Bernadette also works as a part-time lecturer at Auckland University, Faculty of Education, and teacher of students at The Northern Health School.
